Q. I am interested in having my teeth whitened but realistically can’t afford to have it done profesionally. My teeth are yellowed due to years of coffee and smoking. I regularly attend the dentist and have my teeth cleaned, polished and descaled and I no longer smoke. I take good care of my teeth, at 33 yrs old I have no caps, fillings or missing teeth. Can you recommend a good product that I can use and also a tooth paste to help maintain the white teeth?. Thank you.,
