Can lost tooth be replaced with implants?

Q. hi, i had one of my big molars tha broke off and i only had half the tooth left. this morning it seemed very loose and as i started to eat the top of the tooth broke off. i have a big molar behind it left but my tooth in front of it fell out it was more of a baby tooth per my previous dentist. i want to know on the tooth that broke off this morning it i could get a replacement tooth or implant of some sort so that i dont have to miss any teeth on the side of my mouth?,
A. Hi Unfortunately it is impossible to say if the tooth can be replaced without an examination. But majority of the times an implant would be a good option to replace a missing tooth.
