Will the NHS provide cosmetic dentistry?

I am 57 and feel quite young except for my teeth. They are in a terrible state and it spoils every day for me. I cannot afford anything other than NHS treatment and feel that life is just passing me by because of my mouth. Please could you suggest anywhere I could go that would give me a sympathetic hearing. I don’t care how far I would have to travel I just want to be able to smile.

I would advise you to contact your nearest Dental School or hospital and see if you can get an appointment with them.
