Will retinaer I have not worn for years move teeth back?

Q. Hi I have not worm my retainer for years 5 plus and my teath have moved a litle bit I have been wareing it 24 7 and I have noticed my teeth have moved back in place a little but if i keep wareing them will my teeth go straight again? at first the retainer was so tight to get it now its snug is that ok,
A. hi there is a chance that may happen but you also need to check the forcing of the appliance has or isnt causing any damage
