Why is veneer already stained only a week after getting it?

Q. I had a composite veneer on a front tooth a few weeks ago which has a slight small brown stain appearing on the bottom already. I have cut out tea, coffee and red wine but have used Corsodyl mouthwash for gum problems which I understand can stain the teeth. I use Sensodine toothpaste for my teeth but believe this is not suitable for my composite bonded tooth. Should I be using two different toothpastes?,
A. It will be the corsodyl causing the stain and you will need to see your hygienist to have this removed
