When i wear my retainers why do they need great big blocks in them and it hurts pls advice
Q. When i wear my retainers(braces):- why do they need great big blocks in them?(it hurts alot) how can i stop the pain in my jaws?
A. I would report these symptoms to the orthodontist who made the appliances as jaw pain should not be a part of the process of wearing retainers
There may be a different type of retainer that can be utilised in your case
