There are a whole host of options available to you to replace missing teeth, close gaps etc. This could be dental implants (screw in teeth) or dental bonding , bridges, maybe even orthodontics, dentures, or porcelain veneers and crowns? I’d need to see you in person to advise you but in the meantime why not ask your periodontist to refer you to an experienced cosmetic/restorative dentist for options
