What treatment is available for a Loose front tooth on the lower jaw?

Q. Hi Rob. A very quick question on behalf of my father. He has a loose front tooth on his lower jaw and I wanted to check what his options were in terms of treatment. His 55 years old. I dont know whether dentists still cement loose teeth or whether that practice has stopped. From a quick search on the net it seems that either a denture with a single tooth, core & post or splinting are the 3 main options. Is this case or is there other options? Any information/advice would be hugely appreciated. regards.,
A. The best option will depend on a lot of different factors. in this case I would recommend getting a few opinions & suggestions following a clinical assessment. extractions bridges & implants are also options.
