Q. Dear Dr. Glaister, I wonder if you can advise me on the most effective treatment for my teeth. All of my front teeth are totally stained brown on the inward facing side of the teeth. I presume this is caused by smoking (which i have now given up)in the main and by the fact that my teeth have never been cleaned by a dentist. It would be great if you could advise me. Thankyou,
