Hi many thanks for your enquiry. there are many whitening treatments on the market so it can be very confusing, the laser systems such as zoom do a good job but work as a boost but still in my experiance require a home kit. the option i think works the best is a particular home treatment called enlighten, which is a deep whitening treatment which works over 14 consecutive nights of treatment, followed by a one hour in surgery treatment. this in my experiance gives the best whitening results i have ever seen. hope this is helpful.
