what kind of braces will i need to get the immature teeth out so that others tooth come through

Dr Patel, im 20 years old and my canines are my childish ones. i know that underneath there are the mature teeth, and that i will have to take of the immature ones so the others come through. what kind of braces will i need for this procedure? can i have invisalign in my case? and how long does it take for the teeth to come through? thank you very much!
A. If your adult canine teeth are impacted you need metal braces to pull them out you need to see an orthodontist to have this assessed. Invisalign can not do this kind of treatment.
