what is the best treatment for class 2 overbite

Hello,ive been told that i have class 2 overbite which makes my face look smaller when close teeth which never do plus my bootom teeth point backwards which makes my bottom lip look bit sunken does not alaign with top which i would really like it to would really appreciate your advise of what to do thankyou
A. The best way to treat this problem is with braces, usually a removable brace followed by a fixed brace to reposition the teeth and the bite. You would also need retainers to stop the teeth moving back to the original position once completed.
