what happens to the gap while the implant is integrating.
The tooth was crowned 6 years ago but now has micro fractures following a fall.

this ps is because I have to submit four hundred letters ant I feel that there is nothing else that needs to be said. I fell, my tooth was moved, I will loose the tooth soon I want to understand this option. Please let me know.

I would always try to remove the tooth, place the implant and then fit a temporary crown on the implant. If this is not possible as per the requirements of that specific case a temporary denture could be fitted during the healing phase. An implant is normally preferable over a bridge which normally entails drilling down other teeth.
