What can I do to fix my shifting teeth?

Q. in the last few years I have developed a large between my front tooth and the eyetooth, it is quite large and very embarrassing, It also seems that my teeth are shifting and my gums on those two teet are receding. What can I do to get this problem fixed? I am only in my 30’s Thx,
