What can I do because I have loosened my screws on a dental implant?

i have deteriorating bone and gum deasease.used the oral-b duel purpose sonic tooth brush and on third day i lost tooth inplant,loosened anoth wich fell out.al;l this as a result of not providing a warning as to what condition one’s teeth should be in prior using this medical devise.have you heard of others with simular problems.

No – I suspect you have loosened the screws holding the crowns onto the implants rather than actual loss of you implants. This should be simple to treat with retightening of the screws
