What can be done about problem with bite?

Q. Hi, I had braces when I was younger to straighten my front teeth. I had no teeth out. Since my wisdom teeth have come through they have crossed again and have a problem with my bite I keep biting my tongue and chewing my gum on the right side of my mouth. And some of teeth grind together, when I eat. I was wondering what can be done to help this I this is painful and how much it would cost?,
