What are the options available in regards to replacing a false tooth?

Q. About 7 years ago I was advised by my dentist to have my front right tooth taken out. I had chipped it a few years earlier and a xray showed that I had fractured my tooth in 3 places as well as the pallet of my mouth. She fitted me with a false tooth on a plate (like a brace). A few years ago I went back as i hate wearing this and she said that she could put a tooth in with wings and glue it in place. Well she made a bodge job and took it straight back out. I’m only 33 and really sick of having this false tooth in as it’s started to drop slightly and I’m really embarrassed about it. I think it’s starting to make my breath smell too. What other options to I have and what are the costs? Thanks Sarah,
A. Hi your options are 1. implants 2. bridge the costs of implants vary from £1600 to £2200 depending on quality of implant and crown.
