Q. Hi there, I wanted to ask about what the best treatment would be as I am unhappy with my smile mainly the top teeth. They are straight as I had braces a few years ago but I show to much gum at the top when I smile and this makes my mouth area look small and gives me an unattractive smile. What could I do to solve this. Many thanks.

This depends on your lips and what happens when you smile and talk. I would need to look at you in person or a close up video of your mouth to give a useful opinion.
