Two dentists are giving me different opinions about implant treatment. Can you advise?

Q. Hi Dr Bohara, I am 43 years old and i have gum problems . It recedes athough i do not smokeat all. . I will need to remove 4 of my front lower teeth. I would like to do implant to replace them. The problem is that i am getting 2 different opinins from 2 different dentists. One is saying after extracting my 4 teeth , he will implant them put rexin and after 2 months , put the ceramic teeth ,It looks perfect for me. However another dentist is saying after extracting the 4 teeth , i will need to wear false dentures for about 2 months to let the gum takes its place and then it will follow the above steps . I obvioudsl prefer the first choice and is more expensive than the second one, The problem is that the second sounds it makes more sense . That is to wait for the gum to take its place before going for the implants. They are both expert in this field . To play safe, the second dentist seems better but can i go with the first one as i would not like to wear false dentures ,
A. I can understand your difficulty. Each situation depends on the health of the teeth, gums and bone to begin with. If there is infection to begin with initially then it may be better to wait before placing implants, as you have to allow the site to heal. Difficult to say without examining the mouth.
