Tooth extraction which will cause a gap or smaller implants to fill gap?

Q. Since child, I had this small tooth stuck in between my two front teeth, almost 7mm. I do not know what to do. Extracting will leave a big gap. I actually asked my dentist and she mentioned that we have to remove one of my front teeth and insert two smaller implants to fill the gap. What to do best?,
A. Very difficult to answer – proper assessment of the space is important and I would advise a diagnostic wax-up to make a mock-up of the potential end result to plan your case
