The top two teeth of my 1 yr old is growing at the front of his gums is it okay?

Q. My son is one years old he has his two bottom teeth went to see his nan one day and she was feeling his teeth and said he had his two top ones well you cant see them un til you pull his lip up as they are growing at the front of his gum. is this ok

A. Children all develop teeth differently. It sounds normal, but if you have any concerns, then take him to your dentist for a quick look just for extra reassurance. I’m sure it’s nothing to be worried about.
