The dentist wishes to fit a porcelain bonded to precious metal bridge, is this suitable as the other front tooth is already damaged?
Q. my son needs a bridge for front tooth, other front tooth previously damaged. first bridge I think called maryland, this was knocked out, dentist wishes to fit porcelain bonded to prec metal fit. is this suitable as other front tooth already damaged,
A. It should be ok but it involves drilling down the adjacent teeth. It will be a stronger alternative to a maryland bridge though.
