The centre line of my top arch of teeth has moved

Q. Dear Dr. Solanki, The centre line of my top arch of teeth has moved around 3 centimetres off centre due to crowding by my other teeth. Can a clear removable aligner such as Invisalign or Clearstep rectify or improve this? Regards. 

A. Hi, a 3 cm shift is large do you mean 3mm? either way i think it would be best to seek the advice of a cosmetic orthodontist. hope this is helpful.
