Teeth restoration

Q. My teeth are in a very bad state due to past health problems. Most of my back teeth I know are beyond saving, but I think my bottom side and front still have relativly healthy roots, the same for my top side teeth. The front top are missing, I had a bridge for many years which I lost in an accident. I have not had a dentist for many years,as you know NHS dentists are difficult to find and I havent had the money for a private one. However i am now in a better financial position and an wondering if anything could be done to make my mouth look a little better. I realise that you cant give me any definite`answers based on the information I have given you and appreciate that any advice you may choose to give me will be of a very general kind. I would like to know though the kind of options that are open to me -if any- or if I would be better off having them removed. Obviousy I would prefer not to do this. although my financial situation gives me some leeway I am still far from well off. I am looking only for a rough general estimate of the costs involved.I understand that any information of this nature you give me will be very general and open to change if you actually treat me. They are in a very poor state, and I have no idea whatsoever how much treatment of this kind costs. Any advice you could give me would be greatfuly recieved.

A. Hi

a good place to start is to remove the teeth beyond saving , and doing any restorative work to the teeth that can be saved, then planning an appliance around these teeth to fill the gaps.
the options are numerous and it could range from a simple denture, crowns, implants  or a mixture of the above.
the costs can vary so greatly upto a maximum area of 12000 per arch if implants are involved.
if dentures are used on implants the cost are around 2/3 of this per arch
