I was attacked about 4 years ago and ended up with a broken front tooth, the one to the left of the two centre teeth, i still have just under half the tooth left, it has never caused me any problems although it is a bit awkward, but as it has been so long since it occured am i still able to get a dentist to fit a crown, or would there be a better option, i brush my teeth regulerly and make sure i always pay attention to the broken one, but i would like to get it fixed as i have not smiled in a photo for years, what sort of prices am i looking to pay, where should i go and is a crown the best option ?

I have a gap between my front incisor

Hi, I have a gap between my front incisor and the next tooth (can’t think what that one is called) i would like this gap closed, but have been told that i would have to have all of my teeth shaved down from canine to canine just to close this gap! Is there anything else that could be done? I don’t really want to destroy perfectly healthy teeth. My teeth really bother me and I am looking to have the work done ASAP. I have gaps in my teeth, and anticipate having veneers to help rebuild my smile so that it is more uniform. However i grind my teeth, and was wondering whether i would still be able to have veneers, if not what suitable alternative could i have to accomodate my ‘griniding’ but solve the gap situation? Would it be possible for me to maintain my veneers with a night guard? Regards

DEAR SIR, ABOUT 6 WEEKS AGO MY DAUGHTER GOT 4 VENEERS PUT ON HER FRONT TEETH.SHE IS DELIGHTED WITH THE SHAPE BUT NOT THE COLOUR. THEY LOOK DULL AND YELLOW AND PEOPLE ARE NOTICING. I had a serious car accident whilst on holiday in turkey and had jaw surgery

Hello I had a serious car accident whilst on holiday in Turkey. In brief, I had jaw surgery and was wired for more than 4 weeks. The wires have been removed now. Its been like 6 weeks now since i had jaw surgery. I also had broken/chipped teeth because of the accident. My questions are: 1. How long should I wait to get my teeth sorted – to get veneers? 2. Should my travel insurance be responsible for my broken teeth as well? If yes, how do deal with insurance payments? Hope to hear from you soon

iam considering cosmetic dental treatment i have four veneers

Hi i am considering cosmetic dental treatment i have 4 veneers on my front teeth which are a few shades lighter than my other teeth. My dentist has sugessted that she changes them to a darker shade to match the others but i would really like my teeth whitened to match the frone ones.The veneers have been on my teeth for about 7 years they are okay and cause no problems could you suggest what i should do and approx how much it will cost, i have an estimate of 2000 at the moment. thanks julie

Dear Dr. Tennet! I have got a problem with my 2 front teeth. I have got always white stamps on it. On some days u can see the stamps better and on sometimes u nearly can recognize them. I really desperate because i already asket a few dentists what i can do against it. But each time they tell me that i can do nothing. So my question is…if u know a solution for my problem? Hello, I am 56yrs old and have been ashamed of my slightly protruding upper and lower teeth for so long. I also suffer with a degree of gum disease and teeth whitening has not worked for me. Is there a treatment (not braces / Invisalign) which allows the upper and lower sets to be better aligned / positioned which does not impair the bite and for veneers or other treatment to improve the look and colour?
