I recently had 4 porcelain veneers fitted, which cost approx 1400. Since July they have come off 12 times. At first the dentist said it might have been a dodgy batch of glue. They have all been replaced with new glue & i’m still getting problems. It’s causing me a lot of stress & it’s difficult getting time off work to have them re-fitted. What advice can you give me?

I am diabetic and have problems with my teeth/gums, I also have my sons wedding approaching in May and would like my teeth fixed for that special day. I have lost a lot of confidence due to the condition of my teeth. Due to the cost of cosmetic dentistry I would like to know if it is possible to get veneers fitted on the NHS. If so how can it be arranged.

Hi there iv asked my dentist if i could have braces on nhs as im a student and on jsa and he said no… my front right tooth overlaps my front left tooth and i hate smiling for pictures or genrally its really annoying that i cant have a nice bright smile in my pictures with my freinds…. i also considerd gettin vaneers but if my dentist wont even give me braces i very much doubt id get them! what should i do?

Hi, I had 6 ‘no prep’ veneers about 2 years ago on my front teeth to close a small gap. They feel really bulky which is probably due to the fact that I’ve had no surface of my tooth removed. The thing is they look really flase and unnatural. I love the colour of them but it’s the shape and feel of them I don’t like. I’m considering having them taken off. Is there anything else you can suggest to create a natural looking smile? Or do veneers always have the same false look about them? Thanks
