since july my veneers came off 12 times causing me stress what advice can you give me
Q. I recently had 4 porcelain veneers fitted, which cost approx 1400. Since July they have come off 12 times. At first the dentist said it might have been a dodgy batch of glue. They have all been replaced with new glue & i’m still getting problems. It’s causing me a lot of stress & it’s difficult getting time off work to have them re-fitted. What advice can you give me?
A. This should not be happening, and I can understand your stress.
The first thing tat needs to sorted id the reasons why they keep falling off. Do you grind or clench you teeth at night? If so, then I would recommend a night gurad to prevent this.
The teeth may not have been prepped enough for retention. You need to take this up with the dentist and perhaps get a 2nd opinion from another dentist.
