Q.
I don’t know how to start these. :/ But, I’ve always had a gummy smile, I’ve always been made fun of because of it. I had braces on for five years, and yet, I still have a gap on one side of my two front teeth. I never even smile that much in pictures, because I fear embarrassment. I believe my smile is controllable, but why tolerate that and not get it corrected? I absolutely despise my gummy smile and also my poor enamel, which show white marks at the tip of my two front teeth. I just wish I could afford corrective gum surgery and porcelain veneers. I was wonder what the cost would be after insurance? Or at least an estimated cost. If not that what else should I do? Plus, I feel as if my teeth are already long and the gummy smile correction will make them even longer? or would you shave the teeth down? Thank you so much for taking time and reading my question. I just wish for the impossible.
