How long do you have to wait in between getting old veneers removed and replaced with new ones?

Q.
Hi, My Wife has veneers on her 2 front teeth that need replacing due to looking bulky and stained. She is worried what she will look like once the veneers have been removed for the new one to be fitted. Will she have to go about her weekly routines with dodgy looking front teeth until the new veneers are fitted?

I am experiencing sensitivity with my temporary veneers. Is this normal and when will it stop?

Dear Dr Andrew, I hope this message finds you well. Im writing with regard to some cosmetic dentistry I have recently had done in the U.A.E – I wonder if you can help. I had temporary veneers fitted on —- and Im expecting my permanent ones to be fitted on 26th oct 10. For the past 8 days I have been experiencing severe sensitivity and discomfort, despite wether Im eating/drink or not, and was wondering if this is normal and to be expected, also in your expert opinion what is the normal expected healing time when having such work done. I very much look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks in advance. Best wishes. ,

Can out of place tooth be fixed with veneers?

Monday, February 22nd, 2010
Q.
Hi, I have one tooth that I feel ruins my smile. The tooth to the right of my front 2 teeth is slighlty set back and shorther than my other teeth. If I smile on a photograph it can sometime appear that the tooth is missing altogether as it does not run flat with the others. Can this be fixed with 1 single veneer or would all of my front teeth need reconstruction. I am a very nervous patient who does not have lots of money to spare so I would also be interested to know how long/painful the procedure might be and what sort of price I would be looking at. Many thanks.,
