Hello i have crooked teeth at the top front of my mouth as my second teeth go behind my front! Im going to be getting married in the next 2 years and really would like my teeth straight and white (hollywood smile. But Im unsure which is the best surgery for me eg. veneers? Many thanks

No room in my mouth Is there any option to get incisor teeth?

I was born without incisor teeth but the eye teeth grew in where the incisors should be. On the left side there is no gap for an incisor to go and on the right side, the gap is very small. My incisor teeth are right next to my front teeth. How do I get these teeth when there is no room in my mouth? what are my options?

Is its necessary to hv my fillings redone?

Hi there, I suffered from bulimia when I was 18 & 19, I’m now 36 and my 2 front teeth have several fillings caused by the bulimia. I’m happy with them at the moment, although the fillings did fall off and had to have them redone but my dentist has said that I should have crowns and that Lava crowns would be the best solution. He has said that I should have them on the front top 4 teeth. Is there a problem with me leaving it as I’m happy with the fillings and think that Lava means that I will have to have a lot of my real tooth filed down and think what is the point if it looks ok and isn’t really causing me too many problems.

Could you suggest the right brace with best results for cheapest plan?

Hi Dr, I’m a 26 year old female. I have buck tooth, I used to suck my thumb until a very late age. I wouldn’t say they are that bad but I would like to straighten my teeth. Obviously without looking you wouldn’t be able to tell me how long it will take. Maybe I should pop in for a consultation. I don’t have buckets loads of cash so am looking for the right brace with the best results. I’m saving my pennines now… well I need to buy my bed first then I’ll save after that! Do you have a flexi plan? Maybe not, just asking as some Dentistries do. I have Overjet, Open bite and a Misplaced midline. Regards

Are lumineers as good as porcelain veneers?

Hi there, I’m e-mailing from N. Ireland. After reading extensively regarding Veneers / Lumineers ( I have 2 crowns at the side of my front teeth). Firstly, before I start searching for a cosmetic dentist, what qualifications do I need to look out for ? Also, are Lumineers as good as a porcelain veneer and do they last as long. Also, If I need root treatment, fillings etc etc after having my lumineers/veneers fitted – can I go to my regular dentist to have this done – OR do I need to see a cosmetic dentist all the time thereafter ? Thank you so much

What would be the reason for lock jaw pain Plz advice

I was diagnosed with slight TMJ many years ago and it show up now and again with a lock jaw and difficulty when eating. I used to sleep with a guard on my upper teeth. Do you think it is worth having another guard made? Also do you think an old filling on the bottom molar teeth could be contributing to the lock jaw pain? I plan to be in London during the summer. Is the eroding of teeth due to reflux Plz advice
