Hi Doctor ! i have a problem with my teeth from from childhood. the two front teeth are a big big and they are out of queue.the one stays in front of the others ,and that make me hard to smile ! can we make it be in the same queue as the other ? thank !!

Is damon system the only option for crowding of the upper teeth advice?

My daughter who is 11 had been told she was eligible for NHS treatment for orthodontic work. She has a very small mouth, crowding of the upper teeth her eye teeth are impacted and she also has a slight overbite. We have been for a follow up appointment and the orthodontist has recommended she have the Damon System fitted to widen her jaw along with a functional brace to correct her overbite. All this sounds fabulous but at a cost of £3,500. My orthodontist has said she would not receive the Damon System on the NHS but is there another form of treatment available which would be covered by the NHS but would also widen her jaw and correct her overbite? All my incisors need straightening is Inman aligner an option?

Hi Julian My lower teeth have gaps between them and the central incisor’s are crooked. All the incisor’s need straightening and moved closer to the canines. Is Inman Aligner able to help with this? Also on my upper teeth my central incisors have a gap between them and one has a chip. Would Veneers be the best option to resolve this? Then could I have some bonding on the lateral incisors so they blend well? Is it possible to have the upper teeth treatment done as I wear the brace to repair the lower teeth? I have 2 large protruding eye teeth how can i get it fixed

Hello Dr Caplan I have 2 large protruding eye teeth that grow from much higher up in my gum than the rest of my upper teeth. Is there anything that can be done to change this. I am wearing permanent retainers would my teeth still move

Hello. I am 23. I got braces on back in December 2007, and I got my lower ones off in January 2009 and my upper ones off sometime in february 2009. I have a permanent retainer on my front bottom six teeth, as well as one on my upper four front teeth. I was given a retainer to wear nightly on the top and bottom. During the summer I kind of forgot, but now I wear it all the time when I go to bed. I went to the dentist about 3 weeks ago. Ever since then I feel like my front four teeth are moving. They dont look like, but they move slighty. If you know what I mean. But it looks to me like my tooth beside my front tooth is moving away, about to leave a gap. Maybe I am paranoid. But people have told me that it cant happen with a permanent retainer. I need your help!! 🙂

I am 18 years old and have previously worn a brace as a child, however i did not wear my retainer, therefore my teeth have moved, one in particular that is one of my front teeth. Does age matter for correcting crooked teeth?

I was given a brace (one that you take out at night) when i was younger, and due to the stigma they had back then and the names i was called i took it out most of the time so my 2 fangs stayed where they were resulting in me living with them and crooked teeth till now (im 37). i dont smile as im very self concious of them and would love to have this corrected. is it too late to have this done and what kind of price would i be looking at. thankyou
