How long it takes to have a smile makeover/ porcenal veneers lets we say..?…cause i left Manchester and i will come only for this purpose . My teeth have no problem, just a small gap in the front, and not so white as i would like them to be. Just would like to have the beautiful smile i always wanted. And also how much is aproximately the cost of it…am refering about 8 teeth above 8 teeth under…maybe..:) Thanks in Advance, looking forward for ur respond..,

The crowns have caused gaps in my teeth which my upper lip gets caught in, what do you suggest?

hi rob many thans for your response its not just about vanity reasons it is effecting my lfe and head i also have a constant sore upper middle lip where the fleshy part of my lip gets constantly caught in between the gap my dentist was happy to refer me to a surgeon on this who could”prehaps”remove the skin so it wouldnt get caught?but ive had enough surgery to last me a lifetime when the crowns in the begining were not gapped this didnt happen yet rather than be allowed to have better crowns fitted i could havw skin removed instead if the crowns were not gapped this wouldnt happen id be happy to come to see you if you thought you could help with this regards

My baby tooth is going to fall out with no adult tooth to replace it, what do you suggest?

i have a baby tooth which at the age of 38 is now becoming loose, but x-rays show there is no 2nd tooth in the gum to come down to replace the baby one. Is it possible to have a bridge or would i need to have a false tooth screwed into my gum. I do not want a false tooth on a plate :-(. And i would like to know the prices please. Thank you.,

Can I have a tooth implant where the gap is now closed?

Hi, I have two gaps on my left side where two gums were removed in my early 20’s. I am now 30 and have an appointment with an implant specialist. I was wondering as my dentist says the upper gap is now ‘closed’ can i still have an implant there?(one consultant i saw said a way around this could be either a ‘mini implant’ or to shave part of the surrounding teeth adjacent to the gap to make room?) any advice much appreciated! How can I fix the increasing gap in my front teeth?

Hello, I am 20 years old and for all my life I have had a large gap in my front teeth that only seems to be getting bigger. I have been to the orthodontists when younger and have had moulds and x-rays taken but the dentist has always said I don’t need braces. There seems to be gum/bone at the top of the gap which is creating this. How can this be fixed and what would the cost be? (I am a student) It has stripped all of my confidence and I don’t know what to do!,

hi sorry to bother i have quiery around 24 years ago i was extremly ill on all sorts medication streiods ect and it took its toll on my teeth i ended up with 10 crowns on nhs fitted i have two rather large front crowns which ive never been to happy woith over the last two years they have gapped alot and its just taking over my life and effecting me my original dentist retired and the new one has just said they are healthy is there any help i can get the gap is just unsighl;ty and i just feel ive been left i wont laugh unless i have my hand over my mouth thanks for your time regards

when i was young i had several teeth taken out, on the both sides on the botton on my jaw. aprox 4 on one side and 2 on the other.And over the years have had crowns then 2 teeth fixed on a plate on the front of my mouth. the gaps are a worry to me, and i find it difficult to smile, i put my hand over my mouth to hide my mouth. Im 49 years old, and have been told i look quite good for my age, but my teeth let me down, what can be done to help me. please help.,

Hi Dr. Julian, I have had bad teeth ever since they have grown in, all of my front teeth have gaps between them and my 2 fronts are bigger than the ones next to them, then to make it worse i got in an atv accident and knocked out one of my fronts and chipped a couple others, and one of my fangs is 3 teeth back from my front tooth rather than 2 like the other side because a baby tooth was in the way of where it should have been but that has now falling out, is there anything you could do to help me, im 23 years old and im SO insecure about this, im still young so i dont wanna be walking around with no front teeth, i have no insurance but i will try my hardest bto save up the money to get them done, is there any advise you could give me, im willing to go to another country to get them done if i have to, it would mean the world to me, please help me out here , i will GREATLY appreciate it,

Hi, My two front teeth are capped, I also have a gap which has increased over the years, the teeth are different widths, due to the reduction of teeth under neath, they also protrude, can the gap be closed and the teeth aligned correctly, I have always looked after my teeth, but have never been comfortable with my smile, I am 52 with some receeding, the caps are metal based.
