Q. Hi Dr. Julian, I have had bad teeth ever since they have grown in, all of my front teeth have gaps between them and my 2 fronts are bigger than the ones next to them, then to make it worse i got in an atv accident and knocked out one of my fronts and chipped a couple others, and one of my fangs is 3 teeth back from my front tooth rather than 2 like the other side because a baby tooth was in the way of where it should have been but that has now falling out, is there anything you could do to help me, im 23 years old and im SO insecure about this, im still young so i dont wanna be walking around with no front teeth, i have no insurance but i will try my hardest bto save up the money to get them done, is there any advise you could give me, im willing to go to another country to get them done if i have to, it would mean the world to me, please help me out here , i will GREATLY appreciate it,
