My two front teeth are very large, in width and in length. I do not want veneers or crowns as I would like to keep my own teeth, but wondered if there is any way the width and leangth may be reduced through filing? and possibly invisalign to straighten them?

I have a bridge of 4 false teeth at the front of my mouth and after 20 years the original K9 has sheared off leaving the bridge loose, I am due soon to have another denture fitted. I believe the sheared tooth will be removed and a compound used instead from the root. I was told after a second opinion within the surgery that this will only last for approx 2-3 years and I really need to consider the screw in option of which will costs me £6000 pounds of which I cannot afford. What can I do. I am seriously considering having all my teeth removed as this will be a cheaper option.

I have a fixed bridge of 12 units. It was placed almost a year ago with a temporary cement by a dental technician. now I noticed that my facial appearance changed. it looks like I don’t have my front teeth, they seem to be sinking. My upper lip looks flat and my chin seems to protrude. I really feel bad looking at the mirror. How to correct this? Please help me Doctor. Many thanks to you.

Do u tink a large gap can be fixed with the ‘6 months smile’ if not can u recommend a treatment for large gaps and tel me how long it will take to fix this problem? Im 16 and when i was about 8 my front teeth got chipped added with a yellow colouring from to much suger when i was younger my teeth just look stupid. I was wondering if there is anything that I can get done about it? Il proberly need my teeth whitening somehow but whats the best method? And what could i do about the chipped teeth? And I have a limited amount of money available to spend.
