After root treatments one of my tooth has gone loose and about to break off

Q.
Just after 4 years after root treatments on my discoloured Front right no 1 tooth has gone loose about to break off. Went to my usual nhs dentist who offered no important info, paid to visit expensive cosmetic dentist who done digital x-ray n told me its worst poss fracture of tooth said he would not crown it as he thinks its unethical. Im a nurse practitoner and not daft when it comes to x-rays and treatments. Basically looks like an oblique fracture quite far into root. NHS dentist has aquacelled or whatever meantime but cant see me again for temp crown till 22 Dec! Looking for informed info into implant cos as a nurse i simply cant afford to pay up £3000 unless this is my only or main option. looking for advice asap please. Thank you. Oh and cant be off work for vanity reasons already been off today! Need proper solution pronto. Thank you.

Do I need to retreat my front tooth or get an another implant advice

How succesfull is root canal treatment on front crowns, which were placed originally well over twenty plus years ago, with metal posts and no previous root treatment. I have been having problems and need to have I believe posts removed before treatment. I have had one of my front crowns recently out due to absess and constant pain, and replaced with a dental implant. I am left with the other three front sensitive crowns now., do I treat roots with expensive specialist endodontics work which I am not sure of success or remove crowns… and have another implant placed and bridge work attaching, already in place dental implant. please advise on cost of both treatments approx…. Dear Dr Solanski,I had treatment in India 2 implants on top left which is crowned with a bridge, and one single implant on lower right which is yet to be completed if i go back!! I thought i did enouggh homework initially but now im not to convinced. My bridge has become so loose that i get regular infection and also they put a abone graft in and placed implant under my sinus which i think causes a little pain sometimes….as this procedure is so costly and i cannot possibly afford around 20,000 for treatment, im thinking maybe i should do one at a time and this bridge corrected? how much do you charge for each implant? And if i was to come and visit you do i need to pay a consultation fee? look forward to hearing from you soon

Can I fix the gap in the back of my teeth consider plaque?

Hello, If your reading this, THANK YOU for taking the time to answer my question. Ever since my last dental visit I noticed this gap in the back of my four bottom front teeth. Before it started to bother me I noticed a white lining around the bottom of my teeth (just on the bottom four in the front) It wasn’t until the other day that it started to bother me really bad. My tongue will NOT stop playing with the gap in the back of my two front teeth. I hope I didn’t make it worse by trying to figure out what it was. I can stick my fingernail between the gap and under my teeth where the white lining was on my teeth. I think I picked the white stuff off. My guess, it would be plaque.(I thought that stuff was hard to get off) How much would I be looking at to fix the gap in the back of my teeth? Need to fix my bite and get gum graft, please suggest.

I am nearly coming to the end of invisalign treatment and have found that my top front teeth have gone forward and caused me to have a bit of an overbite. Also my lower left canine gum has receded, which must be due to brushing too hard as I don’t have gum disease. Will invisalign refinements be able to push my front teeth back a bit? or is there any other treatment that can fix my bite? Where can I go to get a gum graft, as it is causing me a lot of anguish.
