Hello im very paranoid about the look of my teeth when i was young my parents had the choice to get me braces but they chose not to which have given them a mis-shapen look, also i have been smoking for 3 years which have stained my teeth i have used pearl drops and other teeth whitening tooth pastes and mouthwashes, i am currently in the process of quiting smoking aswell. I know i seem a little Juevenile to be having this surgery done but i belive it would be a great boost to my self esteem . I am really just wondering how much it would cost to have my teeth done and would there been the possibility of having them all straight and white. Please contact back. Your Faithfully.

Is there any treatment available to remove the stains on my teeth?

Hi Dr Bohara, I wish to get my teeth whitened which have become stained due to chewing of paan -parag (betel nuts + catechu). The stains are of exogenous nature and even deep scaling and polishing have failed to lighten the colour. I have given up chewing paan parag for over 3 months now. I am 18 years old and have previously worn a brace as a child, however i did not wear my retainer, therefore my teeth have moved, one in particular that is one of my front teeth. I know it is impossible to give me an exact quote as all cases are different but i hope you can give me a ruff estimate on how much an Inman Aligner would cost to help fix the one tooth that botheres me most. Can I fix the gap in the back of my teeth consider plaque?

Hello, If your reading this, THANK YOU for taking the time to answer my question. Ever since my last dental visit I noticed this gap in the back of my four bottom front teeth. Before it started to bother me I noticed a white lining around the bottom of my teeth (just on the bottom four in the front) It wasn’t until the other day that it started to bother me really bad. My tongue will NOT stop playing with the gap in the back of my two front teeth. I hope I didn’t make it worse by trying to figure out what it was. I can stick my fingernail between the gap and under my teeth where the white lining was on my teeth. I think I picked the white stuff off. My guess, it would be plaque.(I thought that stuff was hard to get off) How much would I be looking at to fix the gap in the back of my teeth? Need to fix my bite and get gum graft, please suggest.

I am nearly coming to the end of invisalign treatment and have found that my top front teeth have gone forward and caused me to have a bit of an overbite. Also my lower left canine gum has receded, which must be due to brushing too hard as I don’t have gum disease. Will invisalign refinements be able to push my front teeth back a bit? or is there any other treatment that can fix my bite? Where can I go to get a gum graft, as it is causing me a lot of anguish.
