Is the teeth whitening treatment cost too good to be true?

Hello, I am planning on getting my teeth whitened. I live in Glasgow and there are many companies which offer the procedure however some seem too good to be true. For example a clinic called SmileQuest offer the procedure for £99. Please advise me if this is indeed too good to be true and if so tell me which method you consider to be the most reliable. HI, I am unhappy with the colour of my teeth and so as a result my confidence is affected. i am 20 and student currently. My parents have offered to pay for my 21st birthday present. My teeth are ok however they are yellow and everything i have tried has not work. the dentist i use says that whitening would not do anything however i desperatley want to change them.
