Hi Andrew. I have a small hole located next to my front teeth, in the small gap between the two. It is very minute and when I went for a check up the dentist didn’t notice it at all so I didn’t bring it up, should I have mentioned that this bothers me? I feel I may need a small filling but how large does the hole have to be for this to happen? Obviously I’d need a white filling with it being at the front of my mouth, any advice would be great. Hi Dr Shaffie. I hope you can help me with some good advice. I am 21 years old and really dislike my teeth, my front tooth seems to be slightly further behind my other front teeth and they are not well shaped.
I don’t want veneers due to the costing – What other options are available please? I would consider cosmetic bonding but again don’t really know the costing. Please could you advise me?
I want a smile makeover without the steep cost and without my teeth being filed down.

I’d like to start by telling you firstly that I have a gap about 2-3mm wide between my two front central incisor teeth, and I would like to have the cosmetic bonding treatment on them to close up the gap, but I wanted to know if this would cause me to have any problems speaking, for example, is there a chance that I could start to develop a lisp? Also, I would also like to know if my two front teeth would look rather wide after the treatment has taken place?

hello, i have pretty straight nice teeth with abit of an overbite and a small gap between my front two teeth. im not really fussed about my overbite but i was just wondering what sort of price i would be looking at to close up my gap. as i am only 20 years old and when i was younger i couldn’t get it through the NHS or the royal marines, i was also wondering if it could be paid monthly instead of a one off cheque? i understand that some private cosmetic practices do offer financial plans so am intrigued as to how they work and in what amounts. hope you can advise me. hank you.

I crown my four front teeths (a pair on each side) almost 15 years ago. 10 years ago it chips in front in the middle, but i went to a dentist to do a bonding in the edge to mend it. Today, both pair of teeth receded and the gap reappear. My right hand side pair of teeth obviously seems stick together, look unnatural, when people speak to me, i feel that they keep staring at my teeth and know it is a crown. i can see laughter in thier eyes. And the gap in the middle making me uneasy and very self conscious. I don’t know what to do, do i need to redo the crown or put some layers of veneer or bonding to touch up the worn teeth. please advice more in detail and specific because after this i will go to a dentist and have my teeth checked, but i like to know before hand what should be my good alternatif and not making more wrong steps cause it already causing headache and making me withdrawn from people, i try not to open my mouth or smile in order not to show my teeth!

My question is one mainly involving my gums. They have receeded from their original position upon my teeth by about 10mm and i would like to ask if there are any procedures available that could repair them? This problem affects my confidence when smiling,especially if it is for a photo.
I also would like gaps that i have fixed so that i would eventually have a smile to be proud of,but,after already spending in excess of £350 i am of course looking for,as im sure you hear regularly,the cheapest procedure possible. Thank you for your time though,and i hope to hear from you soon.
