My son has very crooked bottom front teeth, which are also apparently overcrowded. We have been told he will need to have one of his bottom front teeth out, leaving three teeth between his canines. is this normal practice, we think it will look odd.
It is acceptable in some circumstances. A second opinion from a registered specialist orthodontist might be worthwhile.
