Should I replace badly damaged and wobbly teeth with dental implants? What would be the cost?

Q. i have missing and badly damaged teeth in my upper jaw, and my bottom teeth are starting to wobble badly at the front, i saw advert for implants and my question is, in my case would u recommend having all my teeth removed and replaced with implants, and secondly on average what do you think the cost of this would be,
A. Its difficult to advise you on this without seeing you first but I would say that if most of the teeth are on the way out you will get a better result by removing the teeth and restoring the whole lot with dental implants. This also is more cost effective as you don’t need to place one implant for each missing tooth, for instance we can use 4 implants to hold a full fixed denture or 8 implants for a full arch porcelain bridge with 12 teeth.Let me know if you’d like to see me for a proper quote regards andrew
