Should I have a bone graft so I can receive a dental implant?

Q. 5 years ago inoticed a small gap between front teeth and slight mobility,i was told ther was a 2 year wait to be seen at birmingham, eventually i have been attending 2 years to find out i should have only waited 6 weeks.i have been having them cleaned,i have severe bone lose,i now have a wide gap and the left front tooth is now jutting sideways its effecting my speech,i asked about bone graft but i think this tooth as had ive seen my normal dentist who said they can remove it have a false one fro 6 months then do a bridge, should i try bone graft so i can have a implant,im only 47 im devasted as i dont wnat a denture.my speech now is affected.will i be able to have surgery to tighten the other front one . thanks,
A. if the rest of the bone in the jaws is stable then a graft might work well with an implant supported crown, but it does depend on the state of the other teeth and gums
