Should I get infected tooth removed or not?

Q. I have on the right lower side the tooth next to the wisdom tooth that is little loose, and the dentist indicated that in the future IS GOING TO BE EXSTRACTED. Ihad some infection on the gum and some work done it about NINE months ago.Ican eat, no pain, if ghet worse I would consider a FIXED BRIDGE….. Should I remove the TOOTH and have a Bridge with two porcellain crowns, or continue until I have problem, infection etc.or other complications. Also in your opinion the material CERAMIC or PORCELLAIN FUSED WITH METAL? In this condition I can manage well.. Can the situation of the loose tooth generate other problem in other TEETH. Tank you please for your professional advice,
A. I would consider removing the tooth before an infection takes hold the think about an implant instead of a bridge as it sounds like the wisdom tooth might not be the best anchor for a fixed bridge
