Painfull implant with bad odour after 1 year
Q. I had done an implant 1 1/2 year ago. a week ago I\’ve noticed that around the implant on the gum there is bad odor, and also it starting to be painfull, cold plase advice-
A. There are 2 likely possibilities to you discomfort. You main have inflammation of the surrounding gum tissue due to food accumulation around the implant or your implant may have failed. I would advise you to seek a dentist to have your situation fully evaluated.
