one of my tooth has slightly moved forward and i dont feel comfortable what can be done?

Hi, its been a year sicen i hve had my braces come off and straight after my braces i wore the retainers, and i still wear them at times, but i feel as though one of my tooth has moved slightly forward, what shall i do i dont feel comfortable because its made the other tooth back? What can be done?

Try to wear your retainers again – they may mover the teeth bsack into place if they have not moved too much. Once back in their correct position at nighttime for 6 to 18 months ( I somettimes advise a life time of retainers at night if there is a strong likelyhood of relapse)
