Q. I am about to have all my top tth removede under sedation. I understand I have to allow my gums to heal but my dentist says I must ‘give him a ring in 3-4 weeks time’ to plan the making/fitting of dentures. As I use speech as the way I ork (counselling) I am concerned that I wont be able to speak well and therefore how long must I reasonably expect to be off work? I do not have faith in my dentist as he is very impersonal. Any sugestions?
