My two front teeth protrude ever so slightly

Q. Hi My two front teeth protrude ever so slightly, but it has always bothered me. I declined braces when I was younger because I was too afraid to have any teeth out to accommodate the change. The tooth next to my front tooth has started moving closer to my front tooth, causing it to over-lap it slightly pushing the front one in a tiny bit. I have never been able to bite anything thin with my front teeth, as they don’t touch the bottom teeth at all. I would like to correct the problem, but my immobilizing fear of extraction still remains. Is there anyway I can realign my teeth without having any extracted? Many thanks

A. Hi, with modern braces, there are many ways to create space without extracting teeth. such as interproximal reduction or arch expansion. the best thing would be to seek the advice of a orthodontist. if you require any further advice please do not hesitate to contact me.
