My Tooth Is Breaking Below The Gum, Can You Fix It?
Q.
hello, recently I have been experiencing problems with chewing, one of my teeth feels unstable and as though it could just fall to pieces. So I went to the dentist and they told me that I have had a tooth breaking (partly below gum line I am told), it is my upper left 4th one. So I’d like to know really how likely is it that I find a dentist who will rebuild it? I am reluctant to have the third tooth overcrowned as it has no filling so far and I can’t afford an implant this year and possibly not next – …
– would you agree with the option of a nesbit or should I go for a bridge (if I can’t find a dentist to rebuild) I have tried 2 so far and they just shook their heads).
Many thanks to you in advance for replying.

Hello! It does sound like a difficult issue to make a call on based purely on your description. This means that I would need to assess your tooth to see if it is savable if not then an implant bridge or denture are your options.
