My teeth stick out, I am having crowns fitted, will this be enough?

When I was 9 yrs old I had an accident which left me with my upper right 1 and my upper left 1 broken. This accident also pushed my teeth forward leaving me very goofy!!
I am 26 yrs old and have had composite fillings on them since to this day where I am currently having crowns put on from the NHS. Im not conviced this is going to help! It really knocks my confidence any suggestions on what else I could do???

Crowns would improve the appearance of the teeth but may not straighten them, it depends on how much they protude. I would consider a consultation with a cosmetic dentist to put your mind at ease.
