Q. Hello! i have a bad case of self esteem about myself. Because as a little girl(9yrs old) now 34 i fell face down on my face on a chain pole mounted in the ground and i bust open from the inside part of my nose down to my top lip. now my teeth just sit out and it also makes my lips look fuller than normal with a gap.so can you at least refer me to some to get the work done for me. thank you, i greatly appreciate it.also thanks for listen to me. p.s. i only have a medical card.
