My teeth are thining will tooth whitening work
Q. Hello, i read a post on tooth whitening and thinning teeth, my teeth are thinning the same way and i am very worried, what treatment would be available for me? keeping in mind i dont want to have major stuff done to my teeth i am only 19!! thanks
A. If you feel that you are grinding your teeth away, i recommend you first of all book in for a consultation with a dentist to see if this is the case. If it is, he can make you a nightguard to wear for when you go to sleep to prevent you from grinding them a night subconsciously. There are other options available but at your age i would stick to this and see how you go.
